The curriculum is designed to help students acquire the skills they need to practice their profession. Thus, in the professional world the HND Graduate must be able to situate the dimension of human resources in a managerial management of value creation, to manage the tools of analysis of the movements of the personnel, to master the techniques and tools relating to the management of jobs and pay

DURATION : 2 years

OBJECTIVES : The HND program in Human Resources aims to train learners in order to:

To assist the HRD in recruitment, management of professional training and career management
To manage the personnel administration
To master payroll management
To interface with social and fiscal organizations
Ensure the implementation and monitoring of dashboards and social indicators
To be the privileged interlocutor in social legislation

APPLICATION FILE

The application file includes:

- A pre-selection form (to be collected from the ISG secretariat)
- A handwritten cover letter addressed to the Head of the Establishment: this must specify the reasons for your application and your expectations
- A photocopy of the birth certificate or the CNI or valid passport;
- A photocopy of the Baccalaureate or GCE-AL or any other equivalent diploma;
- 02 recent identity photos with inscription on the back of the names and surnames of the candidate;
- An A4 size envelope;
- Photocopy of payment receipt for "registration fees (30000FCFA)" (photocopy to be made at ISG). The complete file must be submitted to the ISG secretariat).
