Human Resource Management is a subdiscipline of Business & Management studies. HRM is an essential part of any business and deals with recruiting the right people for the right positions, as well as managing and offering guidance for employees during their stay in a company. As a future Human Resource Manager, it will be your job to make sure that the people you hire stay happy, motivated, continue to develop and advance professionally in the roles that fit them.

ADMISSION INTO PROFESSIONAL BACHELOR'S DEGREE

Entry requirement:
- HND
- HPD
- At least four D / L plus two A / L excluding religious Studies or Equivalents recognized by the Ministry of higher education are allowed

Each file must include the following documents:
* A handwritten request addressed to the Head of Establishment
* A registration form available at ISG
* A certified photocopy of the birth certificate, dated less than three (03) months
* A photocopy of the diploma giving the right to study the file or a certificate of success certified
* A certified photocopy of the diploma's transcript giving the right to study the file
* A certified photocopy of the Bacc or CGE AL or equivalent diploma
* A medical certificate
* An A4 size envelope bearing the candidate's exact address
* Four (04) 4x4 color photos
