ACTIVITIES OF THE POST

Follow up procedures/processes to perform operations;

Make sure that tasks are always documented and up to date;

Ensure best in class filing and archive of export files for custom audit purpose;

Assess practice adherence to process/procedure;

Ensure procedures are available for every key operations;

Issue transit orders to the different transit agents;

Opens a folder for each export order initiated by the Supply Service and ensures its classification according to the customs code in force;

Ensure goods management of beans export packaging materials;

Ensure invoicingofgoods shipped;

Issue daily, weekly &monthly report of operations;

Play as Import & documentation supervisor back up;

In charge of the full respect of the BC’s standards in office and containers loading operations;

Report on time all the KPIs requested: Extra costs, delivery lead time;

Weekly/Monthly Monitoring and Reporting of beans export activities;

Observe and enforce safety, quality and food safety regulations/requirements, adherance of activities to custom regulations;

Participate in the improvement of the “Company Excellence“ culture on our site by proposing and committing to specific improvement actions;

Ensure that the workstation and all areas of its perimeter are kept in a clean and safe condition, including those of its teams ( 5 S );

Perform any other duties or missions within or outside the department as required by the line manager.

JOB PROFILE :

Bachelor in transit, Logistics & Transport, Supply Chain;

At least 3 years profesional experience in logistics;

Experience in cocoa beans exportwillbea great advantage;

Good knowledge of cocoa beans environment, custom regulations, export transactions ;

Good knowledge of custom software and Guce platform;

Softskills : attention to details, good communication skills; good integrity and ethics
