- Prepare payroll in compliance with current regulations
- Calculate social charges accurately
TRAINING PROGRAM:
UNIT 1: MASTERING PAYROLL CALCULATION TECHNIQUES AND METHODS
• Determine gross salary
• Calculate net salary (including deductions such as Income Tax, CAC, CFC, PVID, TDL, RAV)
• Calculate employer contributions (FNE, CFC, PVID, AT, AF)
• Handle leaves, dismissals, notices...
• Prepare the Individual Pay Data Sheet (DIPE)
UNIT 2: SOFTWARE INSTALLATION AND BASIC SETUP
• Software installation/uninstallation
• Company creation and header setup
• Employee data creation and template bulletin setup
• Creation of constants
• Creation of categories
UNIT 3: PAYROLL PROCESSING AND MANAGEMENT
• Monthly basic values entry (imported from Sage payroll plan)
• Analysis, control, and validation of settings
• Customization of pay slip
• Reverse pay slip calculation
• Base salary adjustment and entry into payroll
• Advances/loans management (individual and group entry, payment, integration into payroll)
• Accounting and export to Sage accounting
• Employee departure processing
• Monthly payroll closure
UNIT 4: REPORT GENERATION
• Bulletin printing/group bulletin printing
• Payroll reports: payroll book, contribution statement
• Administrative reports (DIPE, LEAVE ORDER, EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE, FINAL SETTLEMENT)
